Before your ride
- Verify your driver's blue tick on their profile.
- Share your ride link with a trusted contact.
- Confirm pickup spot and time in chat.
During your ride
- Trust your instincts — if something feels off, end the ride.
- Use in-app chat only. Never move conversations off Slyde.
- Never pay in advance. Pay in person on the ride day.
After your ride
- Leave an honest review — it helps the whole community.
- Report any issues to safety@goslyde.com.
