1. What Slyde is

Slyde is a peer-to-peer ride sharing platform operated by Winterstorm Labs LLC. We connect drivers with riders going the same way. Slyde is not a transportation provider — we do not own vehicles, employ drivers, or operate rides.

2. Who can use Slyde

You must be 18 years or older to use Slyde. By creating an account you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Drivers

Drivers are responsible for their own vehicle, valid driver's license, insurance, and compliance with all local and state laws. Slyde does not verify, license, or insure drivers.

4. Payments

Payment is arranged directly between driver and rider. Slyde does not process or hold payments. Never share financial details or send money before your ride day.

5. Liability

Slyde is not liable for cancelled rides, no-shows, accidents, injuries, lost items, or any disputes between users. Use the platform at your own risk.

6. Community standards

Users must not share personal financial information through the platform. Slyde reserves the right to suspend or remove any user who violates community standards or behaves unsafely.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
